Director, Consultant Relations
Join Transcarent, a leader in transforming the health and care experience. We are looking for a Director of Consultant Relations with 5+ years of experience to build and nurture relationships with key consultant partners.
Skills
- 5+ years experience in Consultant Relations, Business Development or Strategic Alliances
- Deep understanding of market priorities and trends
- Proven ability to translate product capabilities into client value
- Strong sales acumen in healthcare & benefits solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultant and broker leaders
- Create strategies for partner houses in collaboration with internal teams
- Educate consultants on Transcarent's offerings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure success through consultant partners
- Provide updates and support for consultant-led opportunities
- Analyze consultant engagement and provide reporting
