Registered Nurse Clinical Specialist
Transcarent, a leading health and care platform, is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Specialist to guide members through their healthcare experience. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving health outcomes and providing high-quality care.
Skills
- Registered Nurse with current licensure, BSN required
- Minimum 5 years clinical acute care experience preferred
- Experience in surgery preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical subject matter expertise to support Care Support Services team
- Coordinate and guide members through their healthcare experience
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure quality assurance and improved operations
- Support COE program operations and quality measures
- Lead and mentor a cohort of Care Coordinators
Education
- Registered Nurse with BSN required
