Transdev is now hiring at:KCIRentalCarShuttle–Bus Attendant/Customer Service RepJobSummary:The Bus Attendant/Customer Service Rep(CSR) provides friendly and cheerful assistance to passengerswithdirections,informationandassistancewithluggage,mobilitydevices,etc.The CSR also assists the Supervisor in dispatching buses and coordination of operational matters.EssentialFunctions• Desire to be safe and work safely.• Maintainacalmandfriendlydemeanoratalltimes.• Attend to the guests needs at the bus.• Effectivelycommunicate,intheEnglishlanguage,orallyandinwriting• Willingtoworkshifthoursanddaysasassigned inthis24/7/365operation.• Willworkwhilestandinginhot,cold, windyandhumidenvironments.• Theabilitytomonitorandoperatea2-wayradio,inasomewhatnoisyenvironment.Dutiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:• Be at the bus, attending to the boarding (and alighting) of guests.• Provideassistancetopassengerswithluggageinboardingandalighting the Buses.• Notificationtosupervisorofpassenger’s concerns, complaintsorproblems.• Greeteverypassengerandanswerquestions courteously.• Assistintheboarding/alightingofpassengerswithmobilitydevices.• Assist wheelchair passengers to the rental car counters, as needed.• Dispatchbuses from the RAC or terminal in a timely manner.• Provide Carts to alighting RAC guestswhennecessary.• ProvideSupervisorwithassistance,asrequiredinlostandfoundprocedures.• Assistinkeepingtheworkandpassengerareasinsafe,neatandcleanconditions.• Otherdutiesasassigned or requested by Supervisor and/or Management.PhysicalRequirements:• Abilitytostandfortheentireshift(8to10hours)onconcretesurfaces.• Abilitytoworkinahot,coldand/orhumidenvironment,inoroutofdoors.• Liftbaggageon/offthebus(es)upto80lbs.inweight• Push/PullluggagecartsintheCustomerServiceFacility and retrieve them lots, lobby and busing area.• Abilitytosafelyassistinmaneuveringmobilitydeviceson/offthebusandtotheRental Car Customer Service CountersCalifornia applicants: Please review here:https://transdevna.com/california-employee-privacy-policy for CA Employee Privacy Policy.Job Category: Customer ServiceJob Type: Full TimeReq ID: 3137Pay Group: UC8Cost Center: 55428The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
