Transplant Operations Manager- Miami Transplant Institute

Operations Manager contributes to the achievement of Miami Transplant Institute strategic plans through the development and leadership of performance improvement activities in operational and clinical arenas with minimal supervision. The position is responsible for collaborating with all stakeholders within MTI and JHS to identify comprehensive data needs, and in collaboration with key partners in information technology and decision support. The position will assist in the development of a comprehensive data management approach for the MTI. Manages the operational/MTI component of IT projects and serve as primary interface with IT counterparts. In support of VP, directors, and medical leadership and in collaboration with JHS decision support and IT, direct provision of data and reports in support of MTI decision support.
