Join a 10-bed, Critical-Access Hospital that needs a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an all outpatient, Urgent Care setting. With an average of 14, 12-hour shifts per month, this hospital is open to being flexible with your shifts to allow for an optimal work/life balance.

The Position:

• 100% outpatient role with the option for a 4-day work week
• Work an average of 14, 12-hour shifts per month
• Work alongside multiple Family Medicine MD's and experienced APP's
• Compensation package includes a Base Guarantee starting at $140,000 with production upside, Sign-on up to $10,000, Full Benefits, PTO, and more
