What You'll Do on a Typical Day

  • Handle end-to execution of strategic meetings programs and event by event programs
  • Ensure quality delivery of meeting and execution services
  • Contribute to operational process design and ongoing process management
  • Optimize processes to improve overall program performance
  • Maintain senior stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Establish work flow schedules and project timelines
  • Coordinate with clients and suppliers to handle program details efficiently
  • Handle contracts with hotels, destination management companies, and third-party vendors
  • Integrate global process mandates into local market processes
  • Improve program effectiveness and efficiency through continuous improvement


What We're Looking For

  • 5 years or above of meeting planning experience
  • Experience working with domestic and international venues
  • Extensive experience in planning high-end dinners/events at top venues
  • Familiarity with meeting industry technology is a plus
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally by various means of transportation
  • Self-starter with project management, meetings management, and client management experience
  • Up to 40% travel availability
  • Strong leadership and relationship management abilities
  • Executive presence and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and exceed requirements
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting and expense tracking
  • Two days working at the client's Sydney office is needed
