Triple Whale centralizes and simplifies all the metrics used by Shopify sellers, enabling them to save more time and make more money. We help e-commerce businesses accurately track and forecast various metrics, including changes in profits and operational metrics. We aim to infuse AI into e-commerce, empowering shops to have an accurate picture of their business and make optimal choices that boost their bottom line. Job Description:


The Triple Whale Agency Partnerships team manages relationships with our agency partners (defined as “Agency Partner” and signed up through our partner portal) to drive revenue through referrals from partners and drive joint opportunities by fostering partner relationships.


Role expectations:


  • Maintain a book of business through agency portfolios, meeting or exceeding monthly revenue goals in recurring revenue.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners that fit the Triple Whale partner ICP, taking responsibility for their success within the partner program.
  • Regularly communicate with partner agencies through check-in meetings, email, Slack, in-person visits, and events.
  • Be an advocate for Triple Whale to your partners. Use your expertise and knowledge of Triple Whale to make our platform top-of-mind at our partner agencies. 
  • Keep partners updated and excited about new Triple Whale features and products and the roadmap.
  • Be the expert of your partners’ businesses - in-depth knowledge of their business, ICP, capabilities, and operations. 
  • Provide education, training, enablement, and support to partners.
  • Accurately track partner performance and regularly report and document performance through QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
  • Maintain accurate records in Hubspot.
  • Be an advocate internally for your partners, looking for business and marketing opportunities to connect them with.
  • Uphold the highest level of communication, timeliness, and respect with internal teammates.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of proven experience in the partnerships / ecommerce tech space.
  • Rolodex of agency relationships in the marketing and ecommerce space.
  • Self-starter with a strong motivation to grow your career
  • Able to move quickly, think strategically, and have superb execution.
  • Passion for building relationships and helping agency owners succeed.
  • Committed to customer satisfaction and a passion for customer success.

  • Public speaking and event management experience

$90,000 - $100,000 a year
