Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruiting process
Build a strong understanding of business elements
Source and identify highly qualified talent
Ensure a best in class candidate experience
Cultivate employee referrals and build candidate pipelines
Maintain ATS data and challenge the status quo

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
Relevant certifications are a plus
