Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to guide one of our Agile teams in developing cutting-edge FinTech software. This role offers an opportunity to drive impactful work, mentor a high-performing team, and shape innovative software solutions in a collaborative and autonomous environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, a full-stack skillset, and expertise in modern cloud-based technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative FinTech solutions using Azure Cloud, .NET Core, Angular, and other modern technologies.

  • Oversee the integration of external APIs and optimize the performance of existing software.

  • Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to team collaboration and progress.

  • Drive full-stack development efforts, from database to front-end and DevOps.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in technical leadership.

  • 2+ years of mentoring developers and leading Agile teams.

  • Expertise in C#, .NET Core, and SOLID principles.

  • Proficiency in automated unit and integration testing.

  • In-depth knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres).

  • Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferably Angular).

  • Experience with Git and working in remote distributed teams.

  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
