Marketing Manager

As we grow, we seek a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Marketing team’s leadership to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee content creation for various channels, ensuring messaging is consistent, compelling, and enhances brand awareness.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, and social media, optimizing performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to coordinate marketing efforts and support product launches.
  • Monitor, report on, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the logistical work required for organizing virtual and in-person promotional events, including webinars and trade shows, ensuring effective planning and execution.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the SaaS or Fintech sectors.
    • Proven track record in developing effective marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
    • Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with email marketing and social media management.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management skills.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • A creative mindset with a focus on innovative solutions and results-oriented approaches.
