We are presently seeking a Group Vice President, Strategic Sales for our Microsoft business. This is a remote role based in the United States.
Reporting to Global Sales Leader for TTEC Digital and working closely with the Microsoft Practice Leader, theGroup Vice President (GVP) is responsible for developing and sustaining a winning sales team while focusing on go to market & pipeline execution for multi-practice transformation deals and Microsoft alliance management.
Leveraging our position as a top Microsoft Partner and recipient of the Microsoft Eagle Award for 2 years running, the GVP, Strategic Sales generates business revenue by meeting sales targets and strategic initiative goals for our Microsoft practice. Develops sales strategies and account plans which drive profitability, growth and account penetration. Motivates and enables Account Executives (AEs) to sell the integrated suite of TTEC Digital products and offerings and serves as a conduit between executive management and AEs facilitating profitable sales.
What You Will Be Doing:
· Directs all stages of the sales process working with multiple team members using your collaborative leadership approach and strategic planning to achieve sales goals and quotas
· Manage growth in bookings, revenue and margins to achieve higher than market growth rates in cloud contact center technologies and solutions
· Leads the development of short- and long-range sales plans for the practice area, including overall profitability, growth and penetration goals
· Developing executive level relationships with Microsoft, clients, and leveraging TTEC Digital senior executives in a strategic manner
· Creating joint engagement plans with Microsoft to identify, cultivate, leverage opportunities, and drive the execution
· Develop and maintain annual sales budget covering sales and dedicated presales teams ensuring alignment with sales targets
· Foster a collaborative, team-based environment which attracts high-performing AEs and actively participate in the sourcing, hiring, on-boarding, development and retention of AE.
· Work closely with consulting and delivery team to ensure best in class client sales to delivery experience
What You Bring to The Role
· 10+ years of sales management experience, with experience in the Microsoft sales channel.
· Significant experience developing a winning team by balancing an inspirational leadership approach with careful attention to metrics, behaviors, and data which drive sales success.
· Proven track record of driving joint business results through alliance relationships.
· Experience managing people in a consulting or professional services environment preferred.
· Experience developing, monitoring and consistently exceeding organizational sales and budget goals
· Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations influencing purchase and buying decisions
· Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision makers
