Job Description

The Resourcer is responsible for leading the identification, attraction and acquisition of talent and all related activities. This is sourcing role where you will research, identify, approach and recruit the finest professionals in the market to help deliver to the business growth objectives.

You will work closely with the regional recruitment team as well as various stakeholders including regional managing directors, cost centre directors, sector and account leads.

Key accountabilities

  • Working with the country lead and key stakeholders to understand the short, medium and long-term priorities as well as understanding the skills and experience needed for each vacancy.
  • Keeping country lead and recruitment team in country informed of sector vacancies, priorities and keeping team up to date with what is being worked on and what needs to be covered locally to ensure full coverage.
  • Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn as well as ATS, internal applications, referrals, and from your own networks.
  • Screening and interviewing relevant candidates by phone or MS Teams against current and future opportunities.
  • Submitting shortlisted candidates to the relevant Hiring Managers and Regional Recruiters providing detailed screening information and any recommendations.
  • Keeping the ATS updated in real time to maintain accurate MI data as well as ensure compliance to GDPR.
  • Co-ordinate and arrange first interviews for candidates and hiring managers and then hand over to in-country recruitment team.
  • Keeping track of candidates by keeping the ATS updated and creating/using pipeline reports.
  • Creating the skills or market maps needed for headhunting hard to find resource.
  • Ensures compliancy regarding CI and EDI of the local recruiting process
  • Works closely with the local Country Managers and the Business Unit/Cost Centre Leads to understand the short, mid and long term recruiting needs in their country
  • Understands and applies the one business approach
  • Creates jobs on SmartRecruiters for all vacancies applying for their country incl. sector specific vacancies.

People

  • Maintain personal Learning & Development (L&D) plan, including the development
  • of professional competency level to agreed targets.
  • Timely participation and completion of all mandatory training courses and those additionally
  • identified in your L&D plan.
  • Maintain (including regular updates ie. on the completion of a commission or at least once per year) personal CV via T2 People Pages.
  • Participate in Turner & Townsend CR related initiatives.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working as a Recruiter/Resourcer is required for this role, minimum 3 years. (construction experience desirable but not required)
  • You will be highly organised and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will understand the importance of timely and accurate data management.
  • Account/Stakeholder Management experience is also an added advantage.
