Senior Supervisor, Trust & Safety Complex Investigations
Turo is seeking a Senior Supervisor for Trust & Safety Complex Investigations to lead a team of Investigators in Phoenix. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, superb judgment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support a growing team of Investigations associates
- Assist in hiring and training new team members
- Develop and implement processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate trends and insights to Trust and Safety leadership team
- Manage projects and provide support for the Investigations and LER team
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
