Software Engineer, Payments
Join Turo, the world's largest car sharing marketplace, as a Software Engineer in Payments. You will be responsible for building a world-class payments infrastructure to support global expansion and optimize costs.
Skills
- Fluent in at least one language (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, Go)
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Experience in high-scale code production
- Knowledge of database concepts and distributed systems
Responsibilities
- Build a world-class payments infrastructure
- Produce high-quality, maintainable code
- Develop highly performative and scalable microservices
- Identify areas to improve and scale architecture
- Ensure proper technical design and documentation
Education
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
