As part of our growing Marketing team, the Director of Demand Generation will drive Turquoise Health’s pipeline-building marketing efforts. You will launch and manage campaigns across the full range of marketing tactics. In this role, you will partner with our sales team, internal thought leaders, and marketing teammates to drive awareness, build a pipeline, and help us meet our revenue goals. This will grow to be a leadership role, supervising our marketing operations function, a critical component of our demand generation strategy, and hiring that team. With a robust, diverse team, we are stronger and better equipped to change the future of healthcare for all.ResponsibilitiesAs Director of Demand Generation, you'll…Most of the time:• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and opportunities• Accountable for specific pipeline goals each year and quarter• Manage a Marketing Operations manager who will manage and operate our marketing automation tech stack (HubSpot)• Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to identify insights and opportunities for improvement• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand generation to enhance campaign effectiveness• Own our corporate website and be accountable for its performance as a lead generation tool - driving SEO strategy, web offers, and other conversion tactics• Leverage growth hacking techniques to uncover and produce leads using the latest lead generation tactics, tools, and technologies• Utilize major paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter), display advertising, and sponsored content to maximize lead generationRequirementsWhat you bring to the Demand Generation Director role:• Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies, with at least 3 years of experience leading demand generation for a SaaS or healthcare company• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo)• Understanding of the healthcare landscape• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and a willingness to roll up sleeves and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSalaryThe salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $215,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and reflect the minimum and maximum salary across all US locations (please note: salaries are location agnostic). Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.
