What is the project?

We are seeking professional voice artists for an audio recording project. These recordings will be used exclusively for internal text-to-speech (TTS) research and development by our client. The usage is non-broadcast, internal, and in perpetuity. Your voice will not be used in any public or paid TTS models; it is strictly for AI model training.

Project Details:

  • Audition Sample: An audition sample (script provided, approximately 150 words) is required with your application.
  • Recording Duration: A minimum of 3 hours of audio is required
  • Audio Specifications:
    • 24-bit, 48 kHz, mono
    • 60dB noise floor (or better)
    • Unprocessed, raw .wav files
    • Naturally minimized background noise, breaths, and clicks (no plugins)
      • No post-production editing; breaths must be naturally minimized in performance without using plugins.
    • Ensure natural pausing throughout each script.
  • File Submission: One .wav file per script.
  • Timeline: Once approved, you will have 4 days to complete the 3 hours of recording.
  • Must speak Japanese fluently
  • Must be over 18 years of age
