The legal team at Typeform is a small but mighty team who ensures that we are protecting the business interests from a contracting and judicial perspective. Our team is globally distributed and covers a wide range of topics: From safeguarding privacy to crafting contracts, and championing support for other business areas. This team fosters a safe and secure environment for both Typeform and its users, allowing us to thrive in the ever-evolving legal landscape.
You will act as a trusted legal counsel to internal stakeholders and negotiate complex commercial contracts (customer, vendor and supplier). Supporting the implementation of scalable contracting processes and overall contributing to a more seamless sales cycle. You are a dealmaker with prior experience within the SaaS industry. As our Commercial Legal Counsel, you will be a pivotal member to the legal team and our stakeholders throughout the organisation.
