SUMMARY:
The Associate Manager Innovation is a key contributor to the overall innovation team, responsible for leading cross functional teams in planning, execution, and analysis of innovation initiatives. The innovation role includes development of new product and packaging ideas, project management, overall innovation pipeline creation and management, P&L creation, and go-to-market strategies to achieve corporate and brand volume profit and share objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or BBA preferred.
Experience: 2 plus years relevant experience. Marketing or sales experience preferred but not required.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required
Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
Special Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are required. Strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment is required.
