Do you have your SIE?We’re looking for someone like you to join our Wealth Management Associate Program in April 2025 that will focus on your professional development while providing you multiple career paths to choose from at a leading global wealth management firm.Your development matters.The UBS Wealth Advice Center will offer the opportunity to:• develop professionally through an extensive developmental Wealth Management Associate Program curriculum led by a team of experienced professionals, internal business partners across the bank, and external partnerships• obtain your Series 7 and 66 securities licenses• service and deepen relationships in our existing client base by providing them with exceptional wealth management services and solutions.• partner closely with our Financial Advisors and work directly with our clients, preparing you to kick start your career in wealth management while you define your own career trajectory; ultimately to become a strong candidate for your next step in wealth management.You will:• support back and front office operational functions that will help you learn how the bank operates and how to effectively serve our clientele• promptly answer client phone calls, delivering exceptional service and advice• own all service requests and client outreaches assigned• collaborate with your team and across the bank to solve client inquiries• understand and adhere to compliance and operational procedures and requirements to protect our client’s• follow up and own client requests to ensure a positive client outcomesYour teamThe UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch located in Weehawken, NJ and Charlotte, NC committed to providing advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a consistently delivered hybrid digital client experience.The UBS Wealth Advice Center currently serves over :200,000 clients. Our clients are served remotely (phone) by a team of more than 300 professionals including both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates—who work individually with clients to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals.The UBS Wealth Advice Center leadership team supports career advancement and internal mobility and will help guide you in your career journey at UBS. All new UBS Wealth Advice Center employees must commit to staying in the WAC for a minimum of three years before becoming eligible to transfer to another role internally.Your expertise• bachelor's degree or equivalent required, 2024 graduate’s welcome• SIE required to be completed 30 days prior to joining UBS• Series 7 and Series 66 will need to be obtained within 150 days of employment (Series 66 may be completed prior to start, recommended)You are:• client-focused• an excellent listener and have strong communication skills, both verbal and written• eager to learn and has a growth mindset• someone who is driven and consistently challenges the status quo• work in a fast paced environment while being able to think clearly in complex situations• highly detail oriented and resourceful in leveraging resources to accomplish the task at hand• proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel• someone that works well with a team and able to multi-task while maintaining a high attention to detailAbout UsUBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
