And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.Could that be you?Your MissionIn this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis, focusing on top-line metrics, and supporting total company financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive key business decisions, develop financial models, and ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals.What You'll Do At UiPath• Help design a long-term financial model to project UiPath’s future fiscal year Top-Line metrics, considering ARR movements such as new business, expansion, contraction, and churn.• Create and implement innovative forecasting methodologies for a variety of Top Line-related models.• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to products and sales performance and develop new analyses to assess business health, and UiPath’s future financial performance.• Prepare presentations and other supporting materials to help translate numbers into narrative on a monthly basis.• Quality assurance and checking of all Board-level and external financial communicationsWhat You'll Bring To The Team• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, and/or 2-4 years relevant experience• Mastery of MS-Office (i.e., Excel, Powerpoint) with proven experience to build financial models• Strong communication skills (written and oral) and relationship skills• Organized, analytical, motivated, curious, resourceful, flexible, and collaborative• A self-starter with a proactive attitude who seeks out opportunities for yourself and the team• Project and Time Management skills• Excellent written and spoken EnglishMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above— but still think you’d be great for the job? Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
