UK HR Assistant

Position Overview:

Pixalate works hard to ensure that people do not unknowingly give up their right to privacy. It’s a tough job, we need help. We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our growing UK team. This role will work closely with our HR and Operations teams to provide support for our remote UK office.

Key Responsibilities:

The HR Assistant will be responsible for:

• Perform quality checks and regular maintenance for accuracy of employee records
• Provide support and direction for UK HR inquiries
• Manage monthly payroll for UK team
• Act as point of contact for UK compliance issues
• Liaising between hiring team and candidates to arrange interviews, as needed
• Provide administrative support to HR team, including, but not limited to, drafting correspondence, managing employee and contractor records, and updating reports within the HRIS systems
• Other responsibilities as needed

This role will require someone who has:

• Ability to always maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, have cultural awareness and ethical practices, business acumen, clear and professional communication, relationship management skills, and work well under pressure
• Experience supporting face-paced teams
• Organized and efficient in daily tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business or related field or prior experience in human resources
• Two+ years of experience in human resources in the UK
• General knowledge of UK employment laws and best practices
