Senior Project Manager - Information Design
The Senior Project Manager will work on the supporting team of the CCO and be responsible for leading projects including change, conducting impact assessment to facilitate smooth implementation and preparing executive level reports. Successful candidates will also possess data analytics capabilities and knowledge of how to apply them to use cases
Information Design:
- Analyze and present data through informative designs
- Gather information based on a client's design requirements
- Research, brainstorm and plan before creating a design
- Translate complex information into information that users can easily read and understand
- Have multidisciplinary skills in graphic design, writing, instructional design, and user experience
Project Management:
- Responsible for managing the implementation of large and complex projects.
- Provides overall leadership and support to project team members.
- Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.
- Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly.
- Interfaces with Business Unit Leaders and Finance to develop ROI, IRR and other financial measures.
- Manages stakeholders' communication.
- Plans the overall project and monitors the progress; performs daily project management throughout the program life cycle.
- Adheres to program and project governance (controls).
- May have input into defining the project governance (controls).
- Manages the projects budget and financial performance.
- Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
- Manages and utilizes resources.
- Aligns the deliverables (outputs) to the project’s outcome with the aid of the business change manager.
- Performs other duties as directed.
