Business Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

  • Analysis of Business requirements.
  • Documentation of Business requirements.
  • Business model analysis.
  • Business process analysis.
  • Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
  • Risk analysis.
  • Interaction with other business analysts, business owners, customer, project manager

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Master Degree in IT or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 14 years of general IT experience.
  • At least 10 years of specific expertise in functional analysis, experience in the domain of the labour market is a plus.
  • Structured methodology to draft and review business requirements, extensive experience of ensuring the alignment of deliverables with the initial business requirements.
  • Extensive experience in release management, planning, daily follow-up, quality control, support of the Project Manager.
  • At least 10 years of specific expertise in IT development.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written presentations and reports).
  • Ability to communicate with business representatives as well as IT development teams
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is required.
