HRIS Tech Lead

Who You Are:The HRIS Tech Lead collaborates with HR and business leaders to optimize work processes and leverage technology. They develop project plans, ensure adherence to schedules, set technology priorities, and conduct long-term planning. As a technical point-of-contact, they assist with data integrity, system testing, report writing, and process improvements.
