From operational leadership and planning to safety procedures, our Human Factors team provides the innovative approaches, tools, training, and guidance needed for our Network Operations employees to be the best in their area of responsibility, and aid in our mission to become the best airline in the history of aviation.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies.• Support the creation of content for various platforms including newsletters, email communications, company intranet site, and Employee Information Systems.• Participate in the organization of company events and campaigns.• Collaborate with the communications team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for content.• Perform administrative duties as needed to support the communications and documentation team.United values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply.
