Position Responsibilities:
- Manage existing and establish new programs to reinforce strong performance and potential and support our talent development and learning initiatives, including development of programs and content to help support our managers and employees in many aspects of leadership development, job performance and professional skills.
- Coach and influence leadership on their active engagement in talent planning and development processes.
- Identify content and deliver programs for new and experienced people leaders to provide them with management fundamentals.
- Lead all relevant aspects of annual talent processes (e.g., Performance Review, Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession, etc.) and evaluate changes regularly to scale with pace of the business.
- Consult on the creation of development plans for successors to key leadership roles
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives, including application of virtual, in-person, and computer-based training approaches.
- Design, produce and facilitate custom training content when necessary, including e-learning courses.
- Evaluate the success of training and talent programs to continuously improve and mature to meet the growing needs of the business.
- Act as the main point of contact for anyone with questions about talent and corporate development programs.
- Collaborate effectively with all areas of People Operations, Capital Rx leadership, Capital Rx training functions and Capital Rx communications resources.
- Act as a thought leader in learning trends and technologies and talent management trends.
- Identify, oversee, and assess the effectiveness of vendor relationships to ensure programs and services meet our needs and objectives.
- Program manage all aspects of the annual engagement survey process in collaboration with People Operations Business Partners and business core team members to ensure survey participation and action from results.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant area or equivalent experience required
- 6-8 years experience in talent/leadership development or related HR function
- Strong skills and experience in managing talent initiatives, internal consulting, curriculum development and facilitation.
- Past experience with HRIS systems, integrations, and design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to both think strategically and translate strategy to tactical plans and drive implementation.
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to synthesize data to identify themes and create solutions to address those issues.
- Project management skills, organization skills, and strong time management skills are required to support ability to handle multiple key projects at a time.
- Proactively seeks feedback and input; actively listens to others
- An experienced change leader who is comfortable working with all levels in a fast paced, agile environment.
- Ability to work independently, passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to build relationships across the company, understand the business environment, and deliver results on your own through your influential power.
- Experience sourcing, negotiating and managing 3rd party learning vendor contracts a plus.
Base Salary: $90,000 - $140,000
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the NY - based position. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
