As an Appointment Setter at Semper SolR, you will play a crucial role in our operations by connecting with potential clients and setting up appointments for our sales team.Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will help us maintain strong client relationships and drive business growth.Join us in our mission to provide top-notch services and build lasting connections with our valued customers.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Schedule appointments for potential clients face to face to meet with sales representatives.• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering solutions.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments in the company's database.• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment setting targets to support the sales team's goals.• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize scheduling and ensure a smooth handoff of appointments.RequirementsJOB QUALIFICATIONS:• 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, customer service, renewable energy, or sales.• Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients.• Demonstrating customer empathy is a key attribute for this role.• Being a team player and showing motivation to learn are important qualities for success in this position.
