We’re an ambitious AI startup bringing the latest AI research to autonomous data agents, with experienced serial entrepreneurs, a very high caliber team, and solid financial backing. Our team is actively growing and we’re hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale.
You’ll join an experienced team and partner closely with the CEO & the founding team to bring in exceptional talent across product, design, engineering, AI, and beyond. This role will report directly to the CEO.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with the CEO & the founding team to deeply understand team needs and hiring goals.
Build and define full-cycle recruiting processes from ground up.
Improve company messaging, and candidate experience.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (design, engineering, AI/ML, product).
Source, screen, and close top talent across multiple functions.
Support non-technical hiring.
Help optimize tools, processes, and candidate experience as we scale.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
Startup experience — you’re scrappy, adaptable, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
Strong experience hiring for AI/ML, engineering, product, design or deeply technical roles.
Onsite 5 days/week in our San Francisco office (walking distance from Caltrain/Bart/Muni).
Bonus: experience recruiting for go-to-market or business roles.

Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for additional benefits and incentives, including equity, health benefits, retirement plans, and others described below.
