Job Description

Independently, responsible for the architecting, engineering, designing, installation, configuration, maintenance and documentation for a large multi clustered enterprise Cisco Unified Communication environment and all related ancillary systems. Employees at this level are considered experts in their field who have extensive knowledge of UC, Networking, QoS, security, architectures, and UC design with the ability to provide direction and coordination to the business and all engineers across the enterprise. They work independently, participating in long-range planning and managing technical projects while providing limited supervision and quality assurance checks for all engineers across the enterprise. As subject matter expert, you will be responsible for architecting all related infrastructure, and integration with other applications to keep up with new and emerging technologies.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or an equivalent level of professional experience required.
  • At least 15 years designing, deploying, installing, configuring and troubleshooting complex Unified Communications Environment.
  • Certification highly preferred.
