We are seeking individuals with proven strengths in data management, quantitative analysis, and/or survey research methods. Highlights include an on-campus Wellness Center with discounted co-pays, educational benefits for employees and dependents, paid time-off including 8 paid holidays and time-off for Christmas celebrations, and many more.What’s next?If this sounds like a job you would thrive in and if the prospect of doing what you love for a university with a distinctive mission excites you – we hope you will apply!Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical data practices• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Expertise in R, SPSS , Python, or another language for data management and analysis• Experience using Tableau or other BI/visualization tools• Database management skills, including the ability to identify and integrate data from multiple sources and platforms• Motivated to be a force for good at the UniversityPreferred Qualifications• Advanced degree, preferably PhD in the social sciences, with expertise in quantitative methodologies such as multivariate analytic techniques, parametric and non-parametric statistics, predictive, prescriptive, and diagnostic modeling, text analytics, and/or machine learning, especially in educational research• Expertise in survey research methods with proven working knowledge of Qualtrics or another comprehensive survey administration platform• Proven working knowledge of SQL• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams on complex projects• Experience as the principal investigator on a sizable research project from start to finish, including design, data collection, troubleshooting, analysis, and reporting• Knowledge of and deep interest in higher education• Experience in consultative and advisory roles with leaders in higher educationSpecial Instructions to ApplicantsDepartment IRIS Inst.
