USC Auxiliary Services is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our HR team. The Human Resources Manager provides recommendations and assists with the coaching and counseling process, recruitment and staffing, position justifications, maintenance of employee records, analysis and maintenance of the HRIS, creation of job descriptions and addendums, writing standard operating procedures and... many other projects necessary to support the Auxiliary Services business units.
