About the Role: We specialize in conducting personal interviews in people’s homes to create cherished family heirlooms. We are seeking a talented junior or mid-level videographer with flexible hours to join our team. This role involves filming interviews with a focus on high-quality portrait lighting and steady shots. Interviews are pre-scheduled and typically last between 2-5 hours, often taking place early in the morning, including weekends.Key Responsibilities:• Performing and filming interviews in 4K resolution for durations of 2 to 4 hours.• Setting up and maintaining high-quality portrait lighting for steady shots quickly.• Ensuring all equipment is properly set up and functioning before each session.• Editing is not required.Key Qualifications:• Proven experience conducting interviews• Proven experience as a videographer, particularly with portrait lighting and steady shots.• Proficient with 4K cameras and related filming equipment.• Must own (or be able to rent) a camera capable of filming in 4K for over 1.5 hours.• Ability to film continuously for long durations (over 1.5 hours).• Strong attention to detail and an eye for capturing high-quality footage.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Considerations:• Presentation and Manners - Professional appearance and excellent manners are crucial.
