Upgrade is a fintech company that offers affordable credit and mobile banking products. We seek a dedicated Auto Collections Specialist to manage delinquent accounts and provide excellent customer service.

Skills

Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of debt collection laws
Organizational skills

Responsibilities

Monitor assigned accounts for outstanding debts
Initiate inbound and outbound collection calls
Negotiate repayment plans with customers
Maintain accurate records of collection activities
Ensure compliance with collection laws

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred
