Upgrade is a fintech company providing affordable and responsible credit and banking products. They are seeking Collections Specialists to join their team.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of FDCPA and FCRA

Responsibilities

Interact with customers past due on payments and provide assistance via phone and email.
Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues and concerns.
Reconcile payment histories and assist with disputes.
Perform skip tracing to locate customers.
Maintain documentation of customer accounts.

Education

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
