Responsibilities

Provide configuration and troubleshooting support for Mac OS and Windows environments.
Resolve infrastructure issues related to email, printers, networks, and video conferencing.
Track and maintain IT assets in the San Francisco office.
Support audio visual equipment and video conferencing setups.
Perform technical onboarding for new employees.
Provide end user support for G Suite.
Support ongoing IT projects.

Education

Relevant technical certifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
