Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

Hi there, my name is Joe. I run an agency in NY and I’m currently looking for someone who can help with conversion rate optimization for landing pages that run b2c, in most instances they are medical (elective) themed. We have a team of designers and paid managers, but as I review our numbers, it seems we need some help with CRO to increase the conversion rates. As we have worked with six contractors from Upwork for well over four years, we’re looking to establish someone who offers great results, is reliable, and can educate us in the process. If this works out, we will be open to sending you work on a weekly/monthly basis. It's important to note that being able to afford you is important as well. I’m not concerned with the ads as much as I am the conversion... rate. For the same time frame (90-days) we’re seeing a 2.53% CR and in the last 30 we’re seeing a 7.27% CTR and a 3.31 CR, we’re not closing enough. We’re seeing too many clicks not converting. We have conversion points setup on the chat widget, Form, and call tracking number. Something I need to mention, this doctor is not looking for people looking for discounts, free, turkey, or anything like that. This is one of the best doctors in his state. One of their biggest complaints is the amount of unqualified people they get from social. I would like to try this landing page on our social ads as well. If this sounds like something you’re interested in and understanding that I’m looking to use this as a test to determine if it makes sense to give you more work and how often.
