Email Marketing - Contract to Hire - job 4 of 4

This Job has 2 components. 1) I have an email list of over 20k, in recent months many emails have started going to customers spam folders. The goal here is to get the emails back into the customers promotion tab... 2) Looking for someone that has experience sending emails campaigns that can handle it for me and set up nice designs and templates. For the correct candidate this can also turn into a longer-term working relationship
