• Hiring a Head Of Production* We are hiring a head of editing department for our agency, SNP Enterprises, which is one of the top 3 biggest content agencies in the world... You'll be working alongside on some of the top tier clients in the entrepreneurship, business space, and will be able to build a massive portfolio that can serve you for decades. Some of our clients include: Russell Brunson, David Meltzer, MambaFx, Garrett White, and many others that you'll wanna have in your portfolio. Requirements: - We are hiring someone that is top 0,1% in the editing space, someone that is up with the trends, someone that edits like a beast, someone young, hungry, and confident that his edits are brutally good - Someone that has leadership skills to train our editors to upscale to amazing top tier editing levels - Experience in the editing space for 3+ years Scope of work: - You will be in charge of all editors in the team (15-20 at the moment) - You will review every single clip that they do - You will point out improvements, tweaks, and ways to make clips better - You'll be in charge of following editing trends and following what performs the best - You'll be in charge of finding assets, websites, and anything needed to take the team to the next level - You will lead the editing weekly calls where you'll review videos, show them what can be done better - You will review Loom videos that editors submit, to see if there's anything that can be done in a better or faster manner YOU WILL NOT edit any videos yourself, this is not a video editor position, it is a leadership training position. Compensation: Structure starts of at $1,000 per month A $500 bonus will be added if KPI's are met in terms of views for our clients. How To Apply: 1. Send your top 10 edits that you've made 2.
