Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify potential clients for our staffing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Identify and understand the needs of potential clients.
• Set up meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including lead generation and appointment setting targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company offerings.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a sales or business development role (staffing industry experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospects.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a desire to succeed.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends
