Sr Manager, Vendor Management
Upwork is seeking a Senior Manager of Vendor Management to lead strategic vendor relationships and optimize contract management processes. The ideal candidate will excel in contract and cost management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives within our Vendor Management Office.
Skills
- 7+ years experience in vendor management
- Experience working with a two-sided marketplace, fintech, trust and safety, or CX
- Progressive people management and team development
- Cross-functional relationship building skills
- Exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Overseeing contract lifecycle management
- Coordinating service provider relationships
- Supporting the strategic sourcing process
- Providing executive updates and recommend enhancements within the Vendor Management Office
- Handling diverse tasks to ensure effective vendor management
