Therapists should coordinate with case managers to maintain stability within the placement and establish performance-improving strategies. Main Duities... Provide weekly therapy sessions virtually or in person. Provide individual and/or family therapy, cognitive supportive therapy, and crisis intervention services Provide individual, family counseling Participate in staff meetings, supervision, training, and other meetings Maintain therapy notes and record accordingly Provide professional, appropriate reports when required
