Responsibilities: - User Research: Conduct thorough research to understand target users' needs, preferences, and behaviours. - Information Architecture: Design intuitive sitemaps, user flows, and navigation structures that optimize the user journey. - Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts. - UI Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, mobile apps, and web apps. - Usability Testing: Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. - Collaboration: Work closely with developers, copywriters, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and integration of designs. - Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Requirements: - Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful projects (websites, apps, landing pages). - Design Expertise: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe AI, PS, XD, etc.). - User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles and best practices. - Conversion Focus: Proven ability to design interfaces that drive conversions and achieve business goals. - Strong Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey design concepts and gather feedback. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex user experience problems. Bonus Skills: - Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Knowledge of user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, etc.). - Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques.
