What You'll Do Review & Assess: Evaluate the current usability of our app, portal, and associated websites/landing pages, identifying areas for improvement. Design & Innovate: Develop a comprehensive list of actionable suggestions to enhance the user interface and experience, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user journey. Prototype & Test: Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to visualize design improvements and facilitate user testing for feedback and iteration. Collaborate & Implement: Work closely with our development team to ensure your design improvements are effectively implemented across all platforms. Requirements Figma Expertise: Extensive experience using Figma for UI/UX design, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems. Design Mastery: Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Usability Focus: Deep understanding of usability principles and how to apply them to improve app and portal flows. Attention to Detail: Ability to identify even the smallest design flaws and suggest precise improvements.
