Job Summary of Corporate Account Executive:The Corporate Account Executive is tasked with managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts. The job encompasses developing and maintaining robust relationships with clients, identifying possibilities for upselling and cross-selling, and meeting sales targets. The Corporate Account Executive will also be responsible for facilitating communication between clients and internal teams to ensure successful product and service delivery and overcome obstacles.Responsibilities of Corporate Account Executive:• Build and sustain customer rapport by scheduling personal visits and completing timely check-ins.• The duty entails attaining the yearly sales objective by enhancing business with current clients and acquiring new ones.• Suggest innovative designs and goods from primary vendors and limited-edition brand assortments for assured account infiltration and allegiance. Control product diversity to optimize profit goals and conformity with contractual obligations.• Provide both informal and formal updates to customers on our joint performance, new offerings, and overall market trends.• Be responsible for ensuring that the sales team meets their targets and goals in relation to their assigned accounts:• Ensure the best possible service to accounts through coordination with purchasing and operational functions, as required.• Maximize AE productivity by focusing on customer engagement.• Exceed or meet currency objectives for accounts receivable through effective communication and coordination with central AR.• Scrutinize all accounts meticulously to ensure compliance with program guidelines, develop a personalized approach to sales, pinpoint necessities, and amplify sales.• Create a profile on all accounts that includes order guides, statements, periodicals, and reports.Qualification of Corporate Account Executive:• Related Experience: A minimum of three years of sales or distribution experience required (foodservice industry or related preferred).• Experience in restaurant operations desirable. Experience using quantitative qualitative research data will be helpful.• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service and presentation abilities.• Should also have demonstrated problem solving ability and negotiation skills.• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing preferred.• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel required.
