Warehouse Operations Manager• Lead with a safety-first mindset to ensure the well-being of all warehouse associates• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching, training, and problem resolution• Create a cohesive organization by maintaining open communication and directing workforce for efficient workflow• Direct and supervise warehouse associates to drive engagement, retention, and a values-based culture• Interview, hire, review performance, and coach warehouse personnel• Lead and direct associates to achieve accurate orders and oversee warehouse preparation for shipping or receiving• Monitor operational information and take action to correct behaviors• Designate dock locations, oversee replenishment activity, and ensure compliance with food safety and inventory control• Maintain physical condition and safety of warehouse and equipment, including implementing repair and safety protocols• Work with operations management to identify inventory shrink sources and improve expense and cost control• Regularly inspect facility for safety hazards and maintain the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment• Ensure adherence to sanitation and regulatory requirements• Effectively schedule working shifts using appropriate planning tools• Other duties as assigned
