About the positionThe HR Sourcing Analyst - II position is part of the Contingent Workforce team within the Global Procurement Organization. This role focuses on governance, compliance management, and spend management for the non-employee workforce. The analyst will support various projects, analyze contingent workforce metrics, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Responsibilities• Partner with suppliers, stakeholders, and other teams to gather data.,• Generate and analyze reports related to contingent workforce metrics, including compliance reports for labor legislation.,• Support the CW team in analyzing and reporting on contingent workforce spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.,• Track project(s) progress and document processes.,• Lead project meetings and meetings with the business.,• Provide additional support on projects as needed.Requirements• 4-5 years of experience working in a project coordinator or analyst role in CW management, HR, or Procurement.,• Knowledge of contingent labor laws, processes, and compliance requirements.,• Familiarity with VMS systems such as Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.,• Strong communication skills.Nice-to-havesBenefits
