As the newest addition to our recruitment family, our Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a pivotal role in hands-on recruitment efforts, as well as managing the administration and coordination side of high-level tasks and mandates. You’re a natural connector, skilled at building relationships, and you care about creating exceptional candidate experiences. Working closely with the People & Culture team, you’ll play an integral role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of open roles for our growing company. From crafting compelling job descriptions and sourcing top talent to conducting interviews and coordinating offers, you’ll ensure every step runs seamlessly. Beyond day-to-day tasks, you’ll also contribute to refining and optimizing our recruitment processes to make them even more efficient and impactful.


WHAT YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO DO

- Contribute to the hiring process from A to Z: write job descriptions, post openings, look for top talent, lead prescreening calls, manage the first round of interviews, gather feedback, and more!

- Keep interview plans running smoothly by helping coordinate schedules like a pro on the behalf of recruitment colleagues.- Deliver a candidate experience that’s reflective of our corporate culture!

- Stay on top of applicant data in the ATS, contributing to crafting reports and keeping feedback organized.

- Dive into data and sourcing tools to uncover insights and brainstorm innovative ways to make our hiring process even better.

- Lead our Internship Program by collaborating closely with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders throughout every stage of the recruitment process—before, during, and after the season.

- Champion diversity in all our hiring practices, ensuring every step of the recruitment process is inclusive and equitable.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

- You’ve got 6 months to 2 years of experience rocking the world of HR and or talent acquisition, or, alternatively, you’re a young professional with an atypical background, fueled by grit and a genuine curiosity for all things HR and talent acquisition.

- Fluency in both French and English is required for this position.

- Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, making sure nothing gets lost in translation.

- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you’re a pro at time management where you juggle tasks and meet deadlines like a boss.

Ce qui sera attendu de toi: 

- Contribuer au processus de recrutement de A à Z : rédiger des descriptions de postes, publier des offres d'emploi, rechercher les meilleurs talents, diriger les appels de présélection, gérer la première série d'entretiens, recueillir des commentaires, et bien plus encore ! 

- Assurez le bon déroulement des entretiens en aidant à coordonner les calendriers comme un pro au nom des collègues du recrutement.

- Offrez aux candidats une expérience qui reflète notre culture d'entreprise ! 

- Restez au fait des données relatives aux candidats dans le système de gestion des candidatures, en contribuant à l'élaboration de rapports et en organisant le retour d'information.

- Vous vous plongez dans les données et les outils de sourcing pour découvrir des idées et réfléchir à des moyens innovants d'améliorer notre processus d'embauche.

- Diriger notre programme de stages en collaborant étroitement avec les responsables du recrutement, les candidats et les parties prenantes à chaque étape du processus de recrutement - avant, pendant et après la saison.

- Défendre la diversité dans toutes nos pratiques de recrutement, en veillant à ce que chaque étape du processus de recrutement soit inclusive et équitable.


L’expérience que vous apportez :-

Vous avez une expérience de 6 mois à 2 ans dans le monde des RH et/ou de l'acquisition de talents, ou bien vous êtes un jeune professionnel au parcours atypique, motivé et curieux de tout ce qui touche aux RH et à l'acquisition de talents.

- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste. 

- Vos compétences en communication écrite et orale sont excellentes, ce qui vous permet de vous assurer que rien ne se perd dans la traduction.

- Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement en constante évolution et vous êtes un pro de la gestion du temps, où vous jonglez avec les tâches et respectez les délais comme un patron.

- Vous sortez des sentiers battus et proposez des approches créatives et axées sur les solutions pour relever tous les défis.

- L'organisation, la motivation et l'esprit positif font partie de votre ADN.
