About the role


As a member of the Revenue Operations team at Userlane, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our sales, marketing, and customer success functions. Effective revenue operations are crucial for optimizing our enterprise go-to-market strategy, ensuring seamless execution while driving revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align processes and systems, enabling efficient and effective execution of business strategies.


Your main goal: Operational excellence across Userlane’s GTM function.


Your main responsibilities
  • Work with the Team Lead of Revenue Operations on implementing strategies to streamline operations across sales, marketing, customer success, and other departments.
  • Take over housekeeping tasks that are key to the success of the GTM function such as ensuring effective pipeline management and data hygiene in the CRM, calculating commissions, etc. Manage and optimize the use of go-to-market technology tools (including Salesforce), support users in resolving issues and requests, and ensure tool adoption.
  • Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce and analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • Continually assess and refine processes to increase productivity and effectiveness, setting and monitoring KPIs to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and help them achieve shared objectives.


Your profile
  • You bring 2+ years of hands-on experience in sales operations or revenue operations roles within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Experience in the administration of Salesforce and other go-to-market tools. Certifications are a plus. 
  • Proven ability to manage and analyze data using Google Sheets and Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in English.
