Personas will vary based on user stories and pillars.Service BlueprintsResponsibilitiesInterview Product Managers, stakeholders and users to understand goals and preferences for software applicationsDesigns application user experiences using methods such as wireframes, information architecture, prototypes, and othersApply appropriate metrics and customer insight to the creative processCreate wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile interfaces · Presents UX designs to stakeholders, users and development teams in formal and informal settingsResponsible for staying current with new UX developments and techniquesTest applications for usability, in partnership with stakeholders and usersWorks in our Agile/Scrum environment, participating in and contributing to the ceremonies and processes (daily stand-ups, code reviews, sprint retrospectives, etc.) that keep the process continually improvingWorks on a development team which may include other technical professionals, subject matter experts, project stakeholders and executive leadershipVisual Design:High-fidelity mockups (using preferred tools like Figma or Sketch)Clickable prototypes (using preferred tools like Figma or Invision)Responsive designsCandidate should have:BA/BS degree required with emphasis on User Experience, interactive design, computer science, or relevant degree. Master’s degree a plus5 years of experience designing enterprise softwareStrong communication, presentation, and people skillsA strong portfolio, which demonstrates the skills listed above
