A UX Designer at Productiv is tasked with a strategic job - to understand the users and their industries enough to create an elegant and usable solution. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process for new and existing products. You will work closely with other designers, product managers, engineers and customers to create intuitive, user-centered designs that meet business and user needs. You will be responsible for creating high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring junior designers on the team.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,331 - $177,775. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
